Below is a list of things to check if your Fargo DTC5xx printer is displaying a card hopper jam:
1. Check to see if a card is not stuck 1/2 way into the initial feed roller
2. Check the hopper lift O ring for wear
3. Check for damage to the plastic card hoppers
